StepOne's Proof of Delivery Application takes your deliveries to the next level. Using the snapPOD mobile application dramatically improves the accuracy and customer satisfaction of the delivery process.

With the snapPOD Proof of Delivery Application, the clipboard is replaced with a mobile hand held that tracks the driver's actions throughout the day.

At the beginning of the trip the driver receives their list of deliveries from the system with a complete list of customers and sales orders. As the driver completes each stop, the system ensures that the correct items have been delivered to the correct customers at the correct locations.

Upon completion, snapPOD updates the backend server to bill the customer, confirm the delivery and send notifications.
